Eligibility for Exchange / Refund

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or refund.

To be eligible:

  • The fragrance oil must not be used beyond 10–15 applications.

  • You may test the fragrance a few times to evaluate the scent.

  • The bottle and packaging must be in good condition.

  • The product must not be damaged, tampered with, or excessively used.

How to Request an Exchange / Refund

To initiate an exchange or refund:

  1. Contact our customer support team via WhatsApp.

  2. Share your order number and a clear picture of the product.

  3. Our team will review the request and verify product condition.

  4. Once approved, you will receive instructions for the return process.

Note: Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Exchange Policy

Once your exchange request is approved:

  • We will process the exchange promptly.

  • If the replacement product has a different price, the price difference will be adjusted accordingly.

  • Exchange delivery terms will be communicated by our support team.

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Our team will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be transferred to your provided bank account or applicable payment method.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 2–5 working days after approval.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • An incorrect product

Contact us as soon as possible with pictures of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Non-Eligible Returns
