Eligibility for Exchange / Refund
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or refund.
To be eligible:

The fragrance oil must not be used beyond 10–15 applications.

You may test the fragrance a few times to evaluate the scent.

The bottle and packaging must be in good condition.

The product must not be damaged, tampered with, or excessively used.
How to Request an Exchange / Refund
To initiate an exchange or refund:

Contact our customer support team.

Share your order number and a clear picture of the product.

Our team will review the request and verify the product condition.

Once approved, you will receive instructions for the return process.
Note: Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Exchange Policy
Once your exchange request is approved:

We will process the exchange promptly.

If the replacement product has a different price, the price difference will be adjusted accordingly.

Exchange delivery terms will be communicated by our support team.

Delivery charges for approved exchanges may be covered by Azescent's, depending on the reason for the exchange.
Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected:

Our team will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be transferred to your provided bank account or applicable payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 2–5 working days after approval.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive:

Please contact us immediately with pictures of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Eligible Returns
Exchange or refund requests may not be accepted if:
